How far in advance do I need to book?

Grazing tables require 7 days notice and grazing boxes at least 3 days notice. 

If your event is on a Saturday we would recommend booking as early as possible as Saturday’s are the busiest.

How do I book a Grazing Table?

Once we have gone over the details with you we will send over an official quote, once you have approved a 50% deposit is required to book and save your date and time! We typically require 2-3 hours of set up time at the location/venue depending on the amount of people being served.

 

What is a "flat lay" grazing table?
Flat lay has no height or table accessories. It comes with greenery and light flowers. Everything we use is disposable so that means no cleaning up or collection! 

For flat lay grazing tables we typically require 1-2 hours of set up time at the location/venue depending on the amount of people being served. Since there are no rentals to return back to us of for us to collect and everything is included in the table it is disposable, clean up is a breeze. Just roll up the kraft paper and throw away!
 

Do you offer any finger food/more substantial food on the grazing tables?

Yes! We have assorted mini rolls/sliders, home-made sandwiches, mini croissants and pastries, assorted wraps. If you had something in particular that you’d like let us know and we can accommodate to the best of our abilities.

 

Do you provide the tables for table grazing?

The client is responsible for providing an adequate space for us to create a spread upon. We have also created "tables" on counters, islands and other spaces within homes. If you need any table rental recommendations we are happy to help with that. 

 

Do you cater for dietary requirements or allergies?

Yes! We can cater for the majority of dietary requirements and allergies. We can also do vegetarian and vegan grazes. However our kitchen is not certified.

How do I order Grazing boxes?

Fill out the enquiry form for your and we will get back to you within 24 hours. 

 

How long is the product good in the boxes for?

Grazing boxes are made for day of consumption and must be kept chilled until needed.

OUR POLICY

Bookings

We require a 50% non - refundable deposit at the time of booking and the final balance will be 7 days prior to your event

 

Inclement weather

ME N U Grazing reserves the right to cancel your setup on the day of the event due to weather. We will give you the option to change locations or attempt to reschedule. Please remember that your deposit is non-refundable and we encourage you to reschedule. If for some reason we are unable to reschedule and you have paid your final balance, we will refund your final balance

 

Cancellation

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. No cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled time. All reschedules must be discussed with us to determine an alternate solution.

 

Hired Items

Strictly no-smoking policy inside the tent. No fires can be made inside or within 3 meters of the tent. 

All hired items and equipment is to be looked after, and is of full responsibility to the client once on-site. The client is responsible for repair or replacement of any damages, breakages, or thefts occur to any of MENU Grazing items and equipment.
